How can I purchase tickets from venuEvents?
Simply search the event listings and click on the purchase tickets button!
How do I check My Order status?
Either log into your account and view your order status or email info@venuEvents.net or call 617-245- 0190 and we will respond right away.
How do I change/edit my order?
Log into your account and change the necessary information manually. If you need to change will call information please email tickets@venuEvents.net or call during normal business hours.
What should I do if I ordered a ticket and my confirmation email did not print?
Don't worry. The fact that you received your email indicates the purchase went through. Just bring the ID of those attending the show and all names will be on the will call list.

How much does venuEvents cost?
Registration is 100% Free! You can log into your account at any time and purchase tickets to any one of our many events. Service charges do apply to ticket orders and additional shipping costs will be charged if you do choose the shipping option. venuEvents tries to keep service fees as low as possible in order to keep the customers wallet full and to ensure repeat customers!
Is my Credit Card Information Safe?
Yes! We are constantly updating our security platform to the highest available technology on the internet. We use an SSL protocol that ensures your information is safe from internet hackers. It encryptes all your information including your credit card number, address and other contact information. Should this info ever become available it would render it useless to any interceptor. If you choose not to use the internet you may purchase your tickets by calling our number during normal business hours.
How do I sell tickets to my event(s) through venuEvents?
You simply email sales@venuEvents.net or call 617-245-0190 and one of our staff will contact you immediately to set up a demo/information session with you to get started with venuEvents.net.
